Also, the amount of sweat that occurs during a Buti-Yoga workout is like no other, I never knew I could sweat that much! I have tried other types of yoga, working out on my own at a gym, different dance classes and running but none of these workouts felt as good as Buti. Kundalini Yoga and hiking are close seconds. Buti combines vinyasa yoga and dance it leaves me sweating and feeling very powerful. It is a beautiful high energy practice, with blaring music. Some people like soul-cycle and others like pilates, while other people like riding bikes. I need something very fast paced and fun to distract me from how hard it is. I have spent years looking for a workout that I like.I try to tell myself this to take the stress and the pressure off. Life is all a giant experiment of trial and error and a giant adventure. You will be surprised how quickly things begin to happen. Once you become clear, you can begin to visualize and manifest. Every day I am getting more clear about the partner I want and the type of career I know would be suitable for me and make me happy. Yet, the good thing about “failed” attempts at jobs or relationships is it is a learning experience to get you closer to what you really want. ” I do not want a job like that”, or “I do not want a relationship like that”. Half of the time I realize I am reading and watching mindless content, that is not adding any substance to my life. When you do consume content make sure it is content that you like.I am making a blog and committing myself to making more art because I have become such a consumer and I know I feel more fulfilled as a creator. Whether it is creating art, writing, knitting, making music or cooking attempt to create over consume. Instead, in 2020… try to be more of a creator. Ask yourself, am I a creator or a consumer? Do you spend all day watching tv and movies, only to scroll through social media at night.Less judgement and comparison… more love.Incorporate healthy habits and start small. Take a class in something you have always been interested in.Go somewhere new at least once a month.Begin a morning practice and stick to it!.Eat only foods that make your body feel good.Only consume content you resonate with.
